What you'll do

• Develop and manage commercial reroofing opportunities
• meet with building owners, property managers, and commercial customers
• travel to customer locations and jobsites in the territory
• inspect roofs, take measurements and core samples, identify systems and project scopes, and prepare estimates
• enter project and customer information into company software
• present proposals and follow opportunities through close
• maintain a Salesforce pipeline
• coordinate with operations after projects are sold.
