What you'll do

• Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and communicate status and milestones
• conduct status meetings and distribute notes and action items
• manage projects through internal agency approval workflows
• prepare assets and documentation for medical, legal, and regulatory review
• coordinate studio, programming, and creative resources
• serve as primary contact for third-party development and deployment vendors
• maintain project and department documentation.
