Contracts Manager

What you'll do

• Manage contract review, analysis, drafting, negotiations, and finalization
• monitor obligations, performance, changes, amendments, payment schedules, and compliance
• maintain tracking systems and status reports
• support renewals and change orders
• coordinate with internal departments, external partners, and trade partners
• maintain standard templates, policies, and procedures.
