What you'll do

• Assist with coaching, training, motivating, and assigning tasks to team members
• lead by example in customer service and resolve customer concerns
• support opening and closing, register operations, cash handling, paperwork, inventory control, ordering, and receiving
• maintain cleanliness, organization, stocking, displays, and pricing
• help oversee food service where applicable
• support safety, food safety, and age-restricted sales compliance
• communicate operational issues to the Store Manager.
