Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, the director leads district managers and drives operational consistency, profitability, customer experience, and staff development. What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day operations and customer satisfaction across locations
• monitor gas prices and daily changes
• ensure consistent customer service, cleanliness, merchandising, and food-service standards
• improve systems and procedures to increase efficiency and profitability
• oversee audits, cash controls, repairs, and new-site readiness
• manage staffing and talent development
• monitor KPIs, budgets, inventory, shrink, and customer satisfaction
• guide direct reports on financial performance
• oversee vendor strategy, contracts, merchandising, loyalty, and promotions
• ensure regulatory, safety, food-safety, and fuel compliance.
