What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize floors, walls, drains, work surfaces, production equipment, and bakery fixtures
• perform routine and deep cleaning
• operate sanitation equipment and approved chemicals safely
• wash and inspect dishes and tools
• complete sanitation logs and checklists
• follow SQF, GMP, OSHA, and company food-safety policies
• report sanitation, maintenance, or food-safety concerns.
