What you'll do

• Prepare, cook, and plate dishes following standard recipes
• take inventory and requisition ingredients
• set up and maintain the station
• coordinate order timing with kitchen operations
• notify the Sous Chef of shortages and suggest improvements
• maintain clean, sanitary work areas and store food properly
• close the kitchen using the established checklist
• follow safety and food safety regulations.
