What you'll do

• Build relationships with Raytheon program and talent acquisition contacts
• identify, qualify, and close cleared staffing requirements
• recruit TS/SCI CI-poly candidates and maintain a pipeline
• match candidates to labor category, certification, experience, and clearance requirements
• manage submittals through onboarding with recruiting, contracts, and delivery teams
• report pipeline, submittals, and placements
• maintain CRM and ATS records.
