Bagger – Second Shift

The Bagger – Second Shift role is onsite in Chicago, IL. Pay is $19.18–$22.57 per hour. The position supports production operations by operating a bagging machine and checking packaged products before they leave the bagging area.

What you'll do

• Operate the bagging machine
• verify batch numbers and product codes on labels
• stack bags on the correct skids
• return unused labels
• clean equipment and work areas
• report equipment malfunctions and shortages
• notify the supervisor and quality-control technician when the metal detector activates
• calibrate floor scales
• operate the automatic palletizer
• provide samples to quality control every fifth pallet
• and complete load-movement tickets and pack lists.
