Residential Maintenance Technician

Job overview

What you'll do

• Complete resident service requests
• repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance systems
• troubleshoot maintenance issues
• conduct preventive maintenance inspections
• prepare vacant units for residents
• repair building components and plumbing fixtures
• maintain appliances
• record work orders, inspections, and inventory usage.
