Shift Supervisor — Food Service

Job overview

The Shift Supervisor role is onsite at Grace Village Retirement Community in Winona Lake, IN. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 11:30 a.m.–8:00 p.m., with occasional weekend coverage. Pay is $19–$21 per hour. Morrison Living’s culinary team supports hospitality and food service for the community it serves. The supervisor directs associates during an assigned shift and ensures work expectations and policies are followed. The role supports consistent operations by training and scheduling staff, monitoring performance, and preparing reports on quality, productivity, and safety.
