The Field Service Technician role is onsite in Long Island, NY, with stated pay of $25.52–$26.00 per hour and a Monday–Friday schedule of 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, which may vary by market. Culligan Quench provides filtered-water systems and related equipment, with a stated purpose of helping reduce single-use plastic bottle consumption. The technician installs, maintains, and repairs customer equipment, including water systems, ice machines, sparkling water dispensers, and coffee brewers. The role supports reliable customer service through equipment upkeep, safe work practices, and accurate service documentation.

What you'll do

• Drive a company vehicle to customer sites
• install, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment
• replace filters, clean and sanitize tanks, change UV bulbs, and clear water lines
• inspect for leaks, malfunctions, and safety concerns
• follow safety policies
• maintain vehicle and service logs
• transport and operate tools and equipment
• document work on a tablet or mobile device
• provide timely customer service.
