What you'll do

• Perform system build, testing, validation, and ongoing support
• analyze application capabilities, workflows, and data collection
• develop and document internal procedures
• serve as a liaison between end users, third parties, and Epic implementation staff
• prioritize and implement system changes
• provide first and second level support for enterprise systems
• monitor systems to identify problems and trends
• assist technical and project team members
• plan and perform complex system configuration
• participate in installs, upgrades, or decommissions
• create documentation of system configuration
• recommend and execute performance tuning
• provide supervisory support of the system administration team.
