Senior Construction Project Manager

What you'll do

• Prepare subcontractor and vendor contracts, scopes, and purchase orders
• prepare and update project schedules
• revise pre-construction budgets to actuals after bidding
• maintain project budgets and accounting records
• review budgets and schedules with a supervisor
• make regular site visits, spending at least a full day per visit
• comply with applicable construction laws and regulations.
