What you'll do

• Provide in-person and phone customer service
• draft narrative and illustrative content for plans and reports
• assist with land disturbance permits, plats, zoning applications and fence permits
• coordinate pre-application meetings and follow-up
• update applications and forms
• create zoning verification letters
• prepare meeting notes and summaries
• review business licenses for zoning compliance
• research planning and zoning matters
• and travel to local offices and clients when necessary.
