Apartment Maintenance Supervisor

The Apartment Maintenance Supervisor role is onsite in Oklahoma City, OK, with compensation of $25 per hour. The supervisor works with the Property Manager and office team to meet resident work-order, apartment make-ready, preventative maintenance, safety, and property needs to Northstar Properties’ standards. This role leads and trains the maintenance team while also performing hands-on repairs and overseeing property upkeep. Its purpose is to ensure timely, quality maintenance and a safe, well-maintained community that supports a positive resident experience.

What you'll do

• Lead, train, coach, and hold the maintenance team accountable
• assign and monitor work orders
• perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general apartment repairs
• oversee make-readies, inspections, preventative maintenance, pool upkeep, safety procedures, inventory, and vendor work
• coordinate with the Property Manager and office team
• participate in and oversee the required maintenance on-call rotation.
