What you'll do

• Receive and process reservations by phone, fax, and mail
• enter reservations into the computer system
• verify pricing, discounts, and billing information
• maintain reservation files and resolve related problems
• check guests in and out
• process payments and post charges
• respond to guest questions, requests, and problems
• coordinate with Accounting regarding customer credit status
• safeguard guest information
• keep management informed of activities and significant problems.
