This role exists to provide high-quality outpatient mental health services to clients and families. The therapist contributes to the team by conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary group to foster client healing and resilience.

What you'll do

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop comprehensive crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations and agency meetings.
• Ensure timely completion of billing and documentation.
• Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and dietitians.
