What you'll do

• Manage and provide critical nursing care in the ICU, including oversight of monitor technicians and telemetry patients
• plan and deliver direct patient care
• follow medication protocols
• educate patients and begin discharge planning
• communicate changes and needs to physicians and staff
• document findings and outcomes
• interpret cardiac rhythms and respond to code blue emergencies under applicable protocols
• maintain monitoring equipment and assess hemodynamic values.
