What you'll do

• Assist in managing Care Center food and beverage operations
• support sanitation and HACCP standards
• complete initial, quarterly, annual, and significant-change nutrition reviews
• review resident weights
• conduct monthly reviews for high-risk residents
• assess nutritional needs and develop dietary care plans
• provide counseling as needed
• consult physicians and other healthcare personnel.
