What you'll do

• Manage and maintain the site's Quality Management System (QMS)
• Monitor QMS performance
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities
• Manage customer quality concerns
• Conduct internal audits
• Investigate operational processes
• Support Lean process improvement initiatives
• Develop, implement, and maintain safety and health programs
• Serve as the site subject matter expert for OSHA compliance
• Conduct risk assessments and incident investigations.
