What you'll do

• Resolve escalated employee questions about health, welfare, financial, and leave programs
• coordinate with HRIS, IT, Payroll, and vendors on integrations and data integrity
• support open enrollment, system testing, employee sessions, and enrollment processing
• present benefits overviews during new-hire orientation
• verify premium billing and audit benefits data for compliance
• maintain the employee benefits portal and prepare benefits communications
• organize wellness initiatives and health fairs.

Why this role
