What you'll do

• Weigh and separate ingredients to technical specifications
• assist with dough sheeting and preparation
• perform supervised croissant cutting, shaping, and folding
• assist with proofing and timekeeping
• prepare baking sheets and apply egg wash
• clean and sanitize production areas, utensils, and equipment
• pack and organize baked goods as needed.
