What you'll do

• Prepare food to recipe cards and production and portion standards
• start items prepared ahead of time without over-preparing
• date and rotate food containers and maintain proper temperatures
• check shift pars and prepare the line
• assist with buffet stocking
• store unused food appropriately
• help control food costs and waste
• operate, maintain, and clean kitchen equipment
• follow attendance requirements and support other assigned duties.
