What you'll do

• Lead and coach second- and third-shift supervisors
• oversee receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, staging, shipping, and trailer movement
• translate operating plans into staffing and workload priorities
• monitor productivity, service, inventory accuracy, quality, attendance, and labor use
• coordinate with production, transportation, maintenance, and support teams
• maintain shift handoffs
• promote safety and quality
• review incidents and corrective actions
• and use operational data to improve processes and standard work.
