Service Administrator — HOLT Truck Centers

What you'll do

• Prepare, open, update, monitor, and close repair orders
• schedule customer appointments and coordinate service workflow
• maintain service records and customer files
• process invoices, purchase orders, work orders, and billing transactions
• assist with warranty claims
• communicate repair updates and estimates to customers
• coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and parts personnel
• enter service data
• and prepare department reports.
