What you'll do

• Lead engineering design and technical development
• prepare drawings, calculations, and specifications
• oversee integration of building systems
• provide construction-phase technical oversight, review submittals, conduct site visits, and address technical issues
• mentor junior engineers
• conduct quality-control reviews
• collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• participate in client meetings
• manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
• stay current with industry developments and incorporate innovations when applicable.
