• Obtain medical records through authorizations and subpoenas
• organize discovery and case records
• issue public-records requests and conduct background investigations
• support depositions and discovery by summarizing transcripts and managing documents
• review and organize document productions
• prepare materials for expert review
• maintain accessible case files and coordinate with litigation teams.
