What you'll do

• Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and law enforcement while carrying out access-control procedures and site policies. Monitor entrances, exits, and controlled access points
• verify credentials
• and maintain visitor logs or access records. Respond calmly to incidents and communicate observations to appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter. Operate access-control equipment and communications systems and document incidents and observations.
