Fire Sprinkler Service Technician

Job overview

The Fire Sprinkler Service Technician role is onsite in Rockville, MD, with hourly pay of $40–$50 and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. SoarElite’s fire protection team services commercial sprinkler systems for existing customers. The technician troubleshoots, maintains, and repairs fire sprinkler systems, documents service work, and communicates system conditions and repair needs to customers. The role helps keep customer fire protection systems functioning through service and preventive maintenance.

What you'll do

• Respond to commercial fire sprinkler service calls
• troubleshoot system issues and identify deficiencies
• service and repair sprinkler heads, valves, piping, switches, and gauges
• maintain wet and dry systems
• work with pre-action systems when applicable
• perform fire pump testing and service when required
• complete service reports
• maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle
• participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
