The Banquet Cook role is onsite in Neenah, WI, and pays $16–$20 per hour. The cook supports the banquet kitchen at Best Western Premier Bridgewood Resort Hotel & Conference Center, preparing food for weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings. The role exists to prepare consistent, high-quality dishes and coordinate timely service for events of varying sizes. It works with the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, kitchen team, and banquet service team to execute menus and deliver a strong guest dining experience.

What you'll do

• Prepare and present dishes for banquet and catering events
• collaborate on menu planning and event execution
• coordinate timely food delivery with banquet and catering staff
• assist with inventory and kitchen supplies
• maintain a clean, organized, safe kitchen
• set up, maintain, and break down kitchen stations
• follow food safety and sanitation regulations.
