PRN Memory Care Medication Technician

What you'll do

• Check on assigned residents and document changes in condition
• respond to call bells
• assist with activities of daily living, meals, continence care, laundry, and life-enrichment activities
• observe and document medications and treatments
• report concerns to nursing staff
• restock and maintain medication carts and rooms
• count narcotics with another medication technician or nurse
• and record vital signs.
