Instructional Aide

The Instructional Aide role is an onsite position located in Antioch, CA. Compensation is $20.00/hour, supporting the Special Education team at Spectrum Center Schools and Programs. This role exists to provide personalized support, supervision, and guidance to students in grades K-12, helping them achieve their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals within a supportive and outcome-driven environment.

What you'll do

• Collaborating with teachers to create a supportive learning environment.
• Implementing individualized instruction and behavioral interventions.
• Monitoring students during lessons and tracking progress.
• Managing student behavior and documenting performance.
• Assisting with behavioral reports and activity logs.
• Mentoring students in academic and social skills.
