What you'll do

• Support ServiceNow CSM, ITSM, HRSD, and ITOM applications
• maintain platform stability and usability
• monitor performance and remediate errors
• manage stakeholders and instance security
• initiate health scans and track remediation
• develop automation scripts
• draft solution designs and define scope, timelines, assumptions, and dependencies
• lead technical implementation
• guide workshops and story refinement
• design architecture blueprints
• translate business and technical requirements
• evaluate specifications and implementations for compatibility, security, and performance
• lead technical review boards and deployment management
• mentor colleagues and contribute to platform standards and business opportunities.
