Building Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Perform general maintenance and repairs
• handle apartment HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural, and appliance repairs
• complete drywall repairs and painting
• operate tools and equipment safely
• identify and report broken equipment or uncertain conditions
• maintain clean and safe work areas
• perform preventive maintenance on machinery, buildings, and grounds
• maintain effective working relationships and a customer-service attitude
• work different shifts, weekends, holidays, and extended outdoor hours as needed.
