• Lead manufacturing operations across production departments and shifts

• drive safety, quality, productivity, labor, waste, delivery, and cost results
• lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives, capital projects, organizational initiatives, and product launches
• partner with cross-functional teams
• manage operating budgets and resources
• maintain a visible production-floor presence.
