House Director

The House Director works onsite at The Alpine House in Jackson, WY. Compensation is $90,000–$100,000 per year. The role leads the relaunched Alpine House, an intimate, upper-scale independent hospitality property within the Arbus Hospitality portfolio. The House Director exists to ensure guests feel personally known, cared for, and eager to return. The role combines visible guest hosting with property operations, financial performance, team leadership, and local marketing to support a distinctive guest experience and repeat visitation.

What you'll do

• Lead guest experience and service recovery
• oversee front office, housekeeping, breakfast or food service as applicable, wellness and activities, and facilities
• manage staffing, vendors, budgets, forecasts, and property P&L
• monitor operating and guest satisfaction measures
• coordinate local marketing, partnerships, and optional house activations
• hire, train, and develop staff
• maintain property standards, safety, and preventive maintenance.
