Field Service Engineer – Southwestern Region

Job overview

What you'll do

• Provide preventive maintenance, breakdown repair, troubleshooting, and corrective actions for instruments
• install new instruments and upgrade kits
• train customers on theory, operation, software, and maintenance practices
• maintain inventory records, expense reports, and vehicle logs
• attend initial and annual training in St. Joseph, Michigan
• travel to customer locations, potentially up to four overnight stays per week.
