Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Hartford, CT, with pay of $21–$24 per hour. What you'll do

• Install, repair, and maintain property structures
• perform minor plumbing and electrical work and grounds maintenance
• conduct daily grounds checks and periodic facility and vehicle inspections
• monitor fire and safety code compliance
• check for snow and ice hazards
• set up and break down meeting rooms
• move and assemble furniture
• coordinate vendor inspections and escort contractors
• handle repair messages, courier mail, and vehicle shuttling
• provide rotating after-hours and weekend on-call coverage.
