What you'll do

• Process invoices
• monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding payments
• reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
• support contract setup, billing terms, and compliance tracking

• assist with month-end accounts receivable close
• respond to billing inquiries
• identify process improvements.
