BCBA in Training, Program Supervisor

Working with a BCBA, the role contributes to assessments, treatment planning, and client documentation while building experience toward BCBA certification.

What you'll do

• Deliver play-based, evidence-based ABA therapy across home, school, and community settings
• train, mentor, and coach Behavior Therapists and caregivers through observation, feedback, and modeling
• collaborate with a BCBA on assessments, treatment planning, goal development, program materials, and client documentation.
