The Client Service Specialist role is onsite in Stevensville, MD, with work hours of 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Pay is $21–$26 per hour. Hydrasearch manufactures fluid-transfer and control systems for maritime, aerospace, and defense applications. The specialist supports customers through the full interaction lifecycle, from quote requests and order entry to fulfillment and post-delivery assistance. The role connects customers with production, engineering, and shipping teams to help ensure requirements are documented and met accurately.

What you'll do

• Respond to quote requests and provide product availability and lead-time information
• enter and manage orders in the ERP system
• coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Shipping to track orders and resolve delays
• address shipment, billing, and technical concerns
• maintain customer records and documentation.
