What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on building systems within training and qualifications
• inspect facilities and document deficiencies
• provide first-line troubleshooting for designated facility technology
• coordinate with IT and vendors
• process and track work orders
• perform routine groundskeeping
• support safety and security checks
• prepare facilities and equipment for school events
• respond to after-hours and emergency calls according to established procedures.
