Security Monitor

Job overview

The Security Monitor role is onsite in Casper, WY; pay is $18.91 per hour. The GEO Group provides correctional and community reentry services, including facility management and evidence-based rehabilitation.

What you'll do

• Maintain alertness to help control and secure the facility and residents
• check and prepare watch equipment
• document shift events and security reports
• conduct radio checks, counts, and building patrols
• perform scheduled or random testing and searches
• supervise resident work details
• verify visitors
• communicate professionally with residents and staff
• follow facility policies and safety procedures.
