What you'll do

• Serve as the agency’s Director of Nursing and primary clinical contact
• guide and support the nursing team
• assist with approximately six OASIS assessments per week
• conduct random supervisory visits with LPNs
• oversee field nursing and patient-care quality
• collaborate with physicians, patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team
• educate nursing staff
• review clinical documentation
• support regulatory compliance
• address clinical concerns and follow up.
