What you'll do

• Convert recipes and standard measurements to daily requirements
• assist Cook II, Cook I, and Pastry Chef
• review function sheets, requisitions, and special requests
• plan tasks
• rotate, store, and handle goods to reduce waste
• maintain cleanliness and sanitation
• initiate supply requisitions and engineering work orders as needed.
