What you'll do

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service
• respond to calls, email, and voicemail
• process basic monetary teller transactions under direct supervision
• assist with checking and savings transactions as authorized
• issue receipts and maintain records
• handle cashier’s checks, loan payments, wire requests, and mail under supervision
• secure and balance the cash drawer
• follow fraud-prevention, identity-verification, privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory procedures
• escalate concerns and non-standard requests.
