What you'll do

• Lead instructional programming across IDS locations
• ensure compliance with IEPs, special education regulations, and instructional standards
• coach, mentor, and evaluate educators
• monitor curriculum, lesson plans, assessments, and student progress
• partner with district leaders and internal teams
• oversee academic and behavioral data and documentation
• support MTSS implementation and continuous improvement
• maintain HIPAA and FERPA compliance.
