What you'll do

• Build working relationships with independent contractors
• communicate client priorities and help resolve problems
• review scopes of work and quality assurance
• provide daily updates to the Facility Services Manager
• recommend contractor assignments and manage service standards
• handle inspections, complaints, requests, new client starts, and VIP needs
• execute operational policies
• ensure proper use of approved cleaning tools and equipment.
