The Electrical Shop Foreman role is onsite in Watertown, SD. Compensation is $25–$30 per hour, based on experience. The foreman leads shop operations supporting Sentry’s electrical division and its construction and EPC projects. The role coordinates prefabrication, inventory, material logistics, and delivery readiness while supervising shop technicians. By maintaining quality and safety and improving shop processes, the foreman helps the electrical team meet project schedules.

What you'll do

• Manage daily electrical shop operations, including prefabrication, panel assembly, and inventory
• supervise shop technicians and assign tasks
• coordinate receiving, labeling, kitting, and job-site delivery
• conduct inventory counts and plan restocking
• quality-check prefab components
• prepare and verify bills of material
• coordinate delivery planning with the trucking team
• enforce DOT, OSHA, and company safety requirements
• lead weekly safety huddles and performance meetings
• operate forklifts and scissor lifts
• improve shop layout and processes
• forecast workload and capacity.
